CHANIA AIRPORT OFFICE:8:00-22:00

RETHYMNO CITY OFFICE:8:30-22:00

 

WHEN YOU ARRIVE:

Meet and Greet service is provided therefore provide us with your flight details of arrival at the time of booking. You will be met by an agent of our company bearing a sign with your name in the arrival hall of the airport. Your vehicle will be at the airport car park.

 

MEET LATE ARRIVALS

Only Available for airport locations between 22:00 and 8:00.

Charge of 25 euros will apply.

 

AGE RESTRICTIONS

Minimun driver age is 21 for all car groups

 

DRIVER’S LICENCE

All licences must be held for at least one year

Additional drivers must meet the same minimum age and drivers license requirements as the renter.

 

TRAFFICE FINES

 Tickets and traffic fines during the rental period are responsibility of the renter.

 

Reservations:All reservations are made by category and not by specific model.Autodifferent reserves the right in case of no availability to upgrade the customers vehicle. 

FUEL POLICY

Vehicles must be returned with the same amount of fuel as the start of the rental. 

 

INSURANCE POLICY

 In case of an Accident Police must be informed and an accident report is required filled from police. Also infrom the car rental immediatelly!. Without the report the renter is totally responsible for the whole amount of the damage.

Insurance is not Valid when the driver is under influence of Alcohol and Drugs or is driving on non asphalt roads.

 All above insurances are included in the rental rate..

Third party Liability Insurance is included with an excess of 400 euros for groups A B CD GM and C.

600 euros for groups D DD DSW F7D J and F7.

900 euros for groups F1 FD G2 G4 J1 J2 K2 K2F L2 and L3.

FERRYING THE CAR

It is Prohibited to take the Vehicle Outside of Crete of to ferry same to and from the islands without the prior written authorization of the car rental company.

 

ONE WAY RENTALS

 One way rentals service is available with an extra cost of 30 euros.

 

EXTRAS

Navigation system: 5 euros per day.

 

FORMS OF PAYMENT

Autodifferent Car Rental Company will take a deposit to cover any costs in case of a damage. The amount of the deposit depends on the car group.

 

RESERVATION POLICY

For car reservation 20% of total amount is required.

 

PAYMENT

The renter may pay cash or with credit card. A credit card is required for all rentals for guarantee reasons even if the payment is in cash.

In case of cancelation 72 hours before pick up time (3 days) full refund is made If the cancelation is in less than 72 hours no funds paid will be reimbursed.

 

KEY LOSS

Renter will be charged with the value of the car key in case of loss or damage.
